The Obama operatives at the Department of Homeland Security have pared back one of the most successful immigration-enforcement programs, known as 287(g). DHS's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has stripped the state and local law enforcement agencies in the popular program of the flexibility to design a customized, collaborative arrangement with immigration authorities. The changes recently implemented force state and local police into a Washington-dictated, one-size-fits-all model. And these changes fly in the face of Congress's original intent for the 287(g) program. There was never any requirement that 287(g) cases involve only actions against "serious" criminals or even be limited to criminal aliens.

I think that everyone must know that local police and sheriffs deputies are caught in the middle of this political arguement with mealimouth administrators pressured by traitorous polititions. I don't expect any beat cop to do more than his leadership authorizes, but here in Kentucky it's the superior judges, (Circuit Judges,) that are selling out the people. Illegals that are escalating their violence with every brush with the system are playing the court system here, and why would a cop try when the judges make them look like fools as the officer trys to do his job. ICE is a different story. ICE here is a comedy right out of the silent movie ira. Their biggest problem is glazed or cream filled.

Obviously a true article. I am tired of our law enforcement officers not doing the job that we as taxpayers expect them to do. Time to send illegal beaners SOUTH!!!
Want to make a wager as to if this SPEEK shows up in court?

In Reply to Heartwood: That Sheriff down in AZ doesn't know their names either and it's working extremely well for him.

In Reply to Heartwood: Hold them without bond if they can't be Id'd. The county I live in does exactly that. Then, they're sent out of the state on a bus to Arkansas. Then, on to Texas. However, I live in a really conservative section of the country that doesn't tolerate them. And, in jail they don't need names, we name them things like..inmate#3456 and so on. Fingerprints can't be altered and works better than any name.

Now we see the the true nature of Obama administration when it comes to 'Illegal Immigration'. His Health Care Plan, Cap and Trade Plan and Amnesty for 'Illegal Immgrants' will all fail when 'We the People' contact our elected officials today and often.

In reply to conservative1: Your proposed remedy is a hard exhaustive solution, but the only one left to law minded states. I guess you just use their fingerprints as an identification? because they don't even know what their real names are.

Well, since Toby and his she-boon are going to be thrown out of office in a few years. Along with no telling how many members of congress. Go ahead and charge the illegal aliens with local and state crimes. Build them up a nice record and prepare them for when we do enforce immigration laws.
