N.J.: Lieutenant Governor with Anti-Immigrant Past
NEWARK, N. J. -- Immigrant rights organizations were alarmed by the election of Kim Guadagno as lieutenant governor of New Jersey because she has supported the implementation of 287 (g), which allows local law enforcement to enforce federal immigration laws, reports El Diario/La Prensa. In her position as Monmouth County Sheriff, Guadagno last year requested that the county allow correctional officers to perform the functions of immigration officers.

The citizens of New Jersey has a chance to rid their state of 'Illegal Immigrants'. Let Lientenant Governor Guadagno know you support her continued implementation of 287(g). Also let Governor Chirstie know 287(g) has proved to be very effective program reducing 'Illegal Immigrantion' in state and local areas.

In Reply to fredrickson: I wouldn't doubt it, a dog could graduate from school these days. Oh yeah, it's extremely primitive and dangerous. It was convinced it's smart. Primitive people are going to wreck this country!

In Reply to Anonyma: Good for you! I do that all the time - but don't get the impression the companies care one way or the other. Ironically - I didn't buy Bounty last week either for the same reason. I'll have to give them a call too. usa smile

It makes sense, local law enforcement probably comes into contact more often with them than ICE. Especially once they make it up and away from the border states into the interior of the country. If it worries the illegals and their supporters or handlers that bad, maybe they shouldn't break the law and be put in that situation. All law enforcement should be able to enforce those laws.

Well, good, good news. I called Bounty products today (1-800-9-BOUNTY) and told them I bought another brand of paper towels bec of Spanish on their labels. I said that for a corporation to help foster a foreign-speaking population in America was harming our culture. Then I said my new motto, "Spanish on the label -- I spend my money in another place." smile
