SALT LAKE CITY -- Leaders of the Latino community held an emergency meeting Thursday. Many immigrants are afraid of what the new law, formerly Senate Bill 81, means for law enforcement and them during a routine traffic stop. Now Hispanic community leader Tony Yapias says Utah has it's first case of racial profiling thanks to enforcement of the new law. Yapias says an officer in Utah County went too far Thursday morning when he stopped a mother and son near Benjamin because they were driving with their lights on high-beam. The officer then asked about their legal status and put them in the Utah County Jail on what's called an "INS" hold.

Hi all Not sure either what is going on with this site, perhaps the owner is sick or on vacation. What ever the case, I hope it returns.
Not to take anything or anyone away from this site, but I have an anti illegal immigration site. As some of you may or may not know, I was the editor over at We Hate Gringos .com. The owners of that website recently let me know that they no longer had the time to keep it updated. Applications (wordpress etc.), not content. They, because I had spent so much time working on the site, gave it to me. It is mine now. I own the site and can make all the changes and updates.
We Hate Gringos is an anti illegal immigration/informational site much like this. It's original purpose was to counter the attacks made on individual minutemen, by the ethnic special interest/ open border crowd. It has videos of protests and confrontations along with news articles etc.
The Patriot's Recipe page and problems: A few glitches developed shortly after I set up the Patriot recipe page. That was the reason I never posted back here again about it. I was waiting for the previous owners to update the entire Wordpress site. They didn't have the time, so the page never was functional.
I would like to invite all of you to come visit the site. It still has the glitch (to get the page to load, you have to refresh it). I haven't updated the content for over a couple of months, because of the glitch and Wordpress update I was hoping would happen. As soon as I can access the files, I will try to get the bugs worked out and the content current.
I would also like those of you who have some interest in writing or posting news articles to contact me. I will set up a temporary e address for those who are interested. I hope with your help and interest to develop WHG into one of the best anti illegal immigration/ legal immigration sites on the web.
Thanks Brad

I thought I saw someone post and thank all here for their participation and something about a paper to write. I hope we have not been a part of somebodies research project or thesis. You still around Admin?

American citizens need 'Immigration News Daily' or an equal web-site as a source for day by day effects "Illegal Immigrants" have on our society up close in personal. They are the only site that list the negative and positive reports concerning "Illegal Immigrants" nation wide each and every day.

Hey BW, there's also a bw over at the Tree of Liberty website, would that be you?
You're right, CQ. Everyone who posts here would fit in nicely at Illegal Protest. Ruthi (the site owner) does an awesome job of keeping the trolls out.
In Reply to Anonyma: I like immigration reform news at topix...illegal protest.com could use some rejuvenating by people posting more often.

In Reply to randy: Good to know. Thanks.
We need to pick a place to meet up if Admin never comes back and this site disappears.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I guess we should use this story as our pmeeting place since it will always be at the head of the articles until Admin returns.
I'm beginning to fear that Admin might have been in a car wreck or had some sudden health problem. I wish her/him well and hope to see them back with us soon.

In Reply to fredrickson: Thats a great informative sight also. I read it too.
In Reply to Gorilla: Me too. Might be able to keep up at Free Republic. Go there and at the top click on aliens. I think it is in blue. They have articles. I myself do not comment on the sight, only this one but it is informative.

July 3, 2009 is the last day I've seen new articles posted by 'Immigration News Daily'. Is this site out of business or I'm I doing something wrong?

I guess our admin is on 4th of July vacation. I hope she/he has a great time. We'll just have to post some more user stuff in the meantime.

In Reply to Brad: This is the cancer spreading in our culture, the illegals are now disabling the construction industry for citizens who want to work in it. The same has happened in Kentucky in the horse industry, I have heard.

In Reply to sicofspicas: In my town, there's a little building- very little. Mexicans have most all the jobs.
A friend of mine said he and another guy applied for a job with the contractor who's getting most of the work. They were turned down "because they don't speak Spanish".
According to the friend, another worker called ICE and was told he could be slapped with a federal crime if it was determined he was calling out of revenge. WTF? All of my reps and the Pres heard about that.

In Reply to sicofspicas: It has been that way for years in Mexifornia. I spent over 35 years doing residential construction. Was a union carpenter in the beginning before the unions gave up the ghost. Then branched out doing all phases of house construction. I literally can build a house from the ground up. Can I find a job today? No! Is it work Americans (myself included) are not willing to do? Hell no. The only contractors here that are staying busy are the ones using illegal crews. All the others are in the same boat as me.
My neighbor is a lathing contractor. On his last job in this state, the building inspector commented how surprised he was to see an Anglo working. My neighbor has blond hair and works with his son, kind of stands out among a mostly Hispanic construction site. Last summer in desperation he went to Montana and worked for a couple of months. There were construction people from almost every state working there.

WELL ,I am in construction here in tx and this will be the third week this year i am sitting at home without work.i just finished a staircase for a lady that seemed real nice.i ususally ask for the parts money on delivery of the parts but this was a smaller job.well thursday when i finished she dissappeared and i am still trying to get a hold of this woman to pay me.this really sucks.there are some apartments going up and i have not seen one white worker. companies have sold out.there are places that even teach construction english so you can communicate with the vermon.makes me sick.

OUCH!

In Reply to Heartwood: Good point. The pro-invasion advocates pretend that the jobs that illegals steal have just blossomed from thin air. We had a little anchora here defending her parents and I pointed out that she'll never meet the Americans whose jobs her parents took by being eager to work under the table, but those citizens are out there and it was theft. Also, she claimed her parents now ran a business and I asked if they were hiring more illegals or American citizens. Never did get an answer, but I think I can guess. Illegals are like cancer cells, they get set up and spread until the host culture dies.

The human rights angle needs a little further debate. The human rights that I live with is all the U. S. citizens, men, women, veterans, and even some ex-cons that I had to let go when the construction industry went totally illegal about seven years ago. Most have suffered but they all have one thing in common, a deep and abiding hatred of government that sold them out.
