Congress Reacts to Soaring Unemployment by Proposing More Foreign Workers
Jittery American workers were greeted with the news today that unemployment in July reached a four-year high of 5.7 percent and that the U.S. economy shed 51,000 jobs last month on the heels of the loss of 98,000 jobs in May and June. For all of 2008, the U.S. economy has lost 463,000 jobs. Meanwhile in Congress, both houses spent the final days before their month-long summer vacation pushing for admission of hundreds of thousands of additional foreign workers.

Sen Menendez could suck a bowling ball up a garden hose a mile long. Bastard is holding e-verify the only program that is working against illegal immigration hostage for more H1 and H2 visas. Right in the face of the unemployed or underemployed American worker. This bastard needs tar and feathering and a ride out of town on a rail. Cuban prick!!!

exactly right.

Einstein's definition of insanity applies.

My contempt for politicians is bi-partisan as well.

In Reply to LM: They need to talk about JOBS and energy. That was just a ploy to make you THINK they intend to do something. The Dems. pulled the same trick when Repubs. were in control.

Constitution Pary is the only answer for american citizens We must take our country back. The biggest obsticale is that most people think a third party has no chance of winning. Time to prove them wrong. No Republican and No Democratic candidates period. Chuck Baldwin for President. If enough of us vote third party we can do this.
Where I can vote Constitution Party in local elections I will.
At least I will send a message. Call your candidates and see where they stand on illegal immigration. I called Dino Rossi's office and I said I saw he had taken the stance against illegal immigration. But the last time I looked at his website it was gone. I told them my position and the told me they would send info or I could call a higher office. I told them I would not give him my vote until I knew his official stance on the issue.I am calling Monday will let you know . Dino Rossi is running for governor of Washington state. She did say he wanted to revoke the legal drivers licenses for illegals. I told her that was a good move but I had to know his position on illegal immigration in Washington State period! usa I did my civic duty today Do Yours!usa
I will not hold my nose to vote Not one more time!!!!!

In Reply to True Blue: Told Allard's aid to spread the word. Bunch of dick head congressmen and women on both sides of the aisle are going to feel the wrath of the American voter come November. If they think the phones rang off the hooks against amnesty wait till they see how we react for the shit they are doing now at the polls. No choice for prez but we can clean up congress.

In Reply to tickedoffchic: Call your senators and tell them they cannot increase visas when our unemployment is close to 400,000. I called them already.
From tickedoffchic - 01 Aug 2008 @ 01:26 pm
There's a solution to this. Kick the worthless Congress out of office. Do your homework and vote ONLY for patriots. If your state can recall politicians, do your best to recall those who aren't up for election, this year.
